Like the First Day of School

Today is the first day of my deployment orientation. This is when most, if not all, of the people going down on my flight will all be at headquarters. It's kind of like the first day of school in that you get to see a lot of people you haven't caught up with over the summer. And there's always lots of new kids. Oh... and what do you think of my new backpack? Or my new sneakers? Or my new outfit that you haven't seen me wear on a weekly basis for five months straight?
