Getting Dark Already?

Today there was a solar eclipse, and of all the places in the southern hemisphere, McMurdo was one of the best vantage points. It is just finishing as I type this, and already someone has put pictures on the shared drive here. I would love to give them credit, but they didn't post their name. It seems as though they shot through a piece of welder's glass which makes the sky look black and the sun look green. In reality, it just seemed a bit darker here - which is strange for us but it definitely wasn't dark dark.
